Meesho App - refund not initiated

i placed * parcels from meesho but the supplier canceled them and told me that the refund is initiated on *th November but the i didn't receive any amount till now i also contacted them they told me to visit the bank and ask for bank statement i visited the bank but the amount isn't reflected i contacted them again the agent told me that they can't do anything and he was also misbehaving he told me they will not reissue the refund you've to cooperate with your bank
