I have purchased some t-shirts from Kwabey with order number *******, I didn’t liked the quality of it , So i returned. So I called them and they are saying that we can’t check any details from our end and the case has been escalated to higher team and it is been * weeks , there is no response from there end and they also blocked my account from there end and blocked my phone number as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
