Lavinia Sootinck filed complaint against Travolook Flight Booking on Dec 10, 2020
I booked a round trip flight from Bangalore to Goa on the *th of December from Travolook, not knowing how big of a fraud this website is . They called me the next day at * in the morning stating that my flight has been cancelled after taking my money and said that they will refund the amount back in **-** days. But as what I have heard and read reviews this is not the case and they will not refund the amount . This is the worst travel agency who are the biggest fraud . I need my money back and I am not waiting **-** days
