Lido Learning - Refund not granted Mental torture

The company has taken the amount in advance for all the classes to be delivered. They assured that the refund will be granted if the child isn’t satisfied.
Due to their non professional attitude and lack of material for teaching , I thought to terminate the classes and ask for refund.
Just as the refund request was approved, the company executives have only been pissing me off with only one line” We’re processing and the request is approved”.
They are not giving the money back despite so many reminders. Their customer care number is never workable. Nobody takes the call. And chat numbers are also just a formality; no utility. They just forward automated messages n assure that the team will call in **hours.

I’m pissed off with the company’s attitude towards customers. It’s been more than **months.
