Veeramani Singaravel filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 8, 2018
I recently booked holiday package through Make My trip, they send the travel itinerary, I found an issue with flight ticket co-passenger name and I send the passport copy, they said they will send actual ticket and other details before days of travel. but I did not receive the name changed ticket and I asked them, but they said i need book the ticket my self and they will cancel the package partially and refund the amount, it's been * months, they are not refunding the amount. I have attached the email conversation and booking details.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
