I bought Mert India Anarkali gown 'OD******************' on **th Nov. It delivered me on **th Nov but due to quality issue I returned it on **th Nov. Return request accepted because product is returned but still daily I beg infront of them give me my refund but everyday they only tells me * things :-
*) we are facing technical bank server problems (even though I provided them * bank details they are still unable to refund me)
*) we need more **-** hours
By these two reasons i really mentally torchoured by them from last one and half month.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
