Deepa Varma filed complaint against INDIGO on Aug 8, 2020
I am Ms. Deepa Varma , teacher at Bhavan's Munshi Vidyashram, Thrivamkulam , Kochi, Kerala. I had booked * tickets ( booked in the name of Jayasankar V P , for me and * students, amounts to Rs. *****/- , PNR Ref: PIKSJZ , INDIGO Flight no. *E ***, *E **** and * E ***) a round trip from Kochi to Kolkata **th May , **** and vice versa to attend an educational camp at Kolkata. But due to the Covid ** outbreak , the flight has been cancelled and the airlines have issued a note saying our amount will be in the credit shell for one year.
Sir, we cannot reschedule the flight as it is very harmful to take the students in this pandemic situation . It is a request that please help us and do immediate action to refund the amount.
