shop2cart.co.in - Refund not given

One day(**/*/****) i received a call from the e-commerce website, shop*cart.co.in stating that as i had ordered some aux cable earlier, i have been selected as the lucky winner from my place, Anand-******. they sent me messages(pictures attached) offering that if i made a purchase of rs.**** or more, i would be delivered a gift that i chose from the option and the things i order within *-* working days. I was clearly told that this was legit and there were no hidden conditions. also, they told me that if i pay to the paytm number they give, i will be offered a **% cash back and that was also mentioned in the message they sent so, i made the purchase of rs.**** and then they took * days just to give me the order number, that too when i repeatedly phoned them. Even no tracking id is given to me even after i asked for it.
So, after getting frustrated from all their nonsense i cancelled my order. i received a email stating that you order has been cancelled and have patience for the refund process.
but * weeks passed after that and i didn't receive my refund nor did they reply to my mails.
Distressed, i filed complaint on some websites, so immediately the contacted me and told me that you have to remove that complaints. but i told them unless you pay me the refund i won't remove it.
so they sent me an email stating that they will complete the refund transaction after **th may and as soon as i get my refund i had to remove my complaints. i agreed with that and waited till **th may.
but today its more than ** days after that and i still haven't received my refund. and there is also no way to contact them.
i have each and every proof of them and also transaction id of my payment.
I humbly request anyone who recieves any call or wants to buy anything from this site please don't even think to buy!
It is completely fraudulent and never ever buy from a website like this.
Please don't buy any products from this website unless you too want to suffer like me!
I have attached a photo of thier mail in which they clearly wrote to refund the money before **th may ****.
please help me get my money back voxya!!
