I purchased a Vacuum cleaner worth Rs ****/- on **/**/**** online from website shop*cart.co.in trusting messages and phone calls from it's executive to provide a complimentary gift also but the same has never been delivered nor refund is made till date. On enquiry all the phone numbers come to be out of service. And the website replies to wait for *-** days as per company policy. Now they're no more communicating.kindly look into this matter.
