I had brought honor * lite from flipkart with exchange of my Samsung j*..
I got a damaged phone.. I returned it and flipkart gave replacement but it was rejected by ekart later I again contacted to flipkart and they told they will give refund.
.
Then they refunded my exchange value of Samsung j* **** in flipkart e voucher. And remains amount is not given back.
I had called **** times. They always say team is working and ask to wait ** hours.. They just give dates but no refund.
I think I had been cheated. They don't want to give refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
