SUNTECK REALITY LTD - Refund not given

Namaskar n Good Morning,

This is the reference mentioned in this email n the conversation I had thru emails have been included for your information.
But until now I didn't get the amount refunded that I had paid.
Several reminders I have been sending thru emails but no refund has been initiated so I am asking help from the consumer court to have my hard earned money back.
Attached herewith the initial booking amount payment made thru my net banking online HDFC BANK
I have not signed any agreement whatsoever, and my loan was also not finalized only the flat number was allotted .
The reason behind me to opt out was that the concerned person from CRM team and SUNTECK person couldn't arrange my LOAN requirements and so I cancelled due to this reason and requested the concerned person to have my refund amount back.
But until now there is no positive response from the CRM team and SUNTECK.
