Dear Team,
To whomsoever this may concern,
I'm writing this email with sheer frustration towards the torchere I have been put through. It's a simple process to get the required documents from your end so that I could hand them over to the Bank to get my loan disbursed.
The assigned CRM Rameshwari is of no good. She is totally unresponsive to emails and does not answer phone calls, and now when my date to make the payment as per demand letter is near I'm not being provided with the said documents on time.
I simply feel that going through this process is an atrocious experience and given an option I would not even want to continue with you as a realtor.
And after all of this they have the audacity to charge me a penalty and interest and expect me to pay it...Like seriously
The property Im referring to is - Maxx World Naigaon - Tower # * , **** , just FYI
