I have booked my ticket through Make my trip vide ID NN************* from Delhi to London on ** March **** and back London to Delhi on ** April ****. Both tickets were cancelled on ** March **** and ** April **** receptively. I have contacted make my trip since March **** till date but all in vain such incidents put an individual under mental/depression. It is therefore requested that very serious action be initiated to set an example for others.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
