Uday filed complaint against Independent Tv on May 2, 2019
I have booked the set-top box on Dec ****. They are unable to provide the connection. So they send the mail telling that sends your information to do the refund after * months.
I sent my all the information through email, it's * months ago amount not get yet. If I call customer care they are giving the false information like will refund within **, one week, * days like that. Now if I call customer care number not connecting and if send the email they also not replying.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
