My order #***-*******-*******. The order was picked up from my end and the replacement was cancelled due to some technical problem. So as per policy once the product reaches to fulfilment and return is processed, the refund will be initiated. But still refund is not yet initiated though the product reached on *th April ****. They also promised me that refund will be processed once the product reaches to them. I also attached the proof of the return pickup slip.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
