Truww - Refund not given

I got interiors done by Truww for my apartment. As part ofbthe Agreement, they are supposed to offer me a refund of ***** and on completion of the project they were supposed to offer me a * gram gold. Project was completed in the month of Feb'** and I have been following up since then yet no response from them. Multiple request has been done over whatsapp and mail.
