Interior started fine **th October **** with ** days completion guarantee or **** per day fine. Flat was given for painting on **th january. almost * month delay but no compensation. On delivery noticed cracks in granite slab. They kept delaying saying they will fix it for * months and then marked project as completed. No discussion or resolution was provided. All * service request ticket for delay or compensation is open. The website shows timeline and shows the delay.
Finally they provide a resolution which can damage my home with costs going upto *lakhs and making me homeless for * weeks with them having no liability.
Filed grievance #******* with consumer helpline forum. They closed the consumer helpline ticket with a fake response.
Demanding ******* = ***** delay compensation plus granite damage plus installation another ***** atleast.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
