Air Asia - Refund not given

I had done payment for extra luggage ( for my booking ZFNJQX from Kochi to Bangkok ) and the amount got debited from my account. But Air Asia people told me it's not reflected in their account. Later on i contacted them several times through their chat bot and they told me i should make payment again or else i will be denied boarding. They guarenteed me that they will refund me the double payment the very next day. And i did payment. Now it has been more than * weeks and i didnt get any refund yet. When asked with their chat support, they are keeping on telling that their team is working on it.
