I want to inform that the refund amount of INR *****/- has not been credited to my account as of now where it has been more than * months and I have not received any official information about the same also even after giving several emails to the so called support of the company. Each n every mail i deliver is replied by the same auto generated reply which is totally rubbish.
I would like to tell that my account has been removed from the website without even giving me the refund which is kind of ghosting me starightaway.
I also mailed this issue to the support many times before and sadly there was no response on it for which the screenshots are attached as a proof.
I believe this is completely unprofessional and unethical behaviour from your side towards your customer which surely creates a very bad image about your company which may also spread towards the market too.
While, it's also a matter of threat for me on the issue whether I will get my refund peacefully or not.
There is no response from the team on this matter as if there is no willingness to proceed with my refund peacefully.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
