Gyan bhushan filed complaint against Tikona Broadband on Feb 15, 2019
I had paid for the * months plan for using tikona broadband services. After using for ** days I shifted to a new location. There, tikona service was not available so I was told that I will get a refund for * months. But they are cheating and calculated my refund amount of Only Rs ***. I had paid Rs **** for * months. So I should get at least Rs *** refund amount.
