Whitehat Jr - Refund not given

I issued a refund request on **-*-**** which Ms. Shefali took. First of all, she was rude to my grandmother and me too. She asked a lot of questions which is against no questions asked refund policy. After that, she agreed to the request and told me that I would receive it within **hours but after around * week I contacted the support they said to me to wait again for ** hours I have not waited till around * weeks still haven't received any mail for the refund either than the account details whenever I try to contact the chat they tell me that team is working on the issue.This is total harassment done by WhiteHatJr and the refund policy isn't being followed by this company, more their policy says that if there is a delay of more than ** hours. Hence, they have to process the refund as a top priority which is also not being done. I think that they are taking the customers lightly and are harassing them. This is totally unfair and should be compensated if not kindly pay me the original amount. The associated people are not also picking up the phone. This is a scam, people. Be aware
