I have placed an order for two jeans of LEE make with lifestyle online app (having order Id - **********) and the same was received and was returned on **th of August **** to the concerned delivery person. however, in evening one more delivery person showed up for collecting one jean as he told that i have to give one jean to the earlier person and one to him. then he told me to communicate this to lifestyle and the same was communicated to them over phone call. i got the refund for one jean the very next day and then i again spoke to Lifestyle Customer care for the *nd jeans refund to which they said they will check with warehouse team and then will process the refund. Now i have written lots of mail to them, at least ** calls to them every time i have to brief the whole matter including all the details but ending up on the suffered side without having any feedback/ response from them. They are least bothered about the customer problem and there is no escalation method wherein you can look for Resolution. pathetic company with pathetic service. over mails i have received responses such as the same will be resolved in *-* days but now it's more than *** days and they are enjoying my money.

I have ordered a sling bag from lifestyle through online portal and got it delivered by feb *th. After using it for * weeks it got damaged. Didn’t expect this quality from lifestyle
