VLCC - Refund not given

I had taken a package from VLCC for few services for slimming in May****. They never attended to me and always told me that machines are not available. I got very frustrated and stopped going to them. Then later I requested and pleaded them to either refund my money or let me avail some expensive facials in Delhi branch as I had vacated Gurgaon house.
Now, I have relocated to Washington and cant avail the services and they are not ready to give me any amount back. I even twitted, wrote them long mails, spoke to them *** times but they just say -“we will not refund anything”.. please help. They are real frauds.
