For our new home in Bangalore, We decided to avail of Livspace services. When we went to their office, they lured us in by offering a coupon and a free hob chimney. The worst part started after this.
First, they don't supervise the work properly even after paying premium charges. We had to leave our office meetings and go to the site to check the work.
Second, they don't do any follow-ups once the amount is paid. They create a group and nobody in the group will let you know what is happening until you ask and ask over and over.
Third, they took the wrong dimension for our sink and we had to spend an extra **** for it later on.
Fourth, they ordered the wrong water purifier for us and when we spoke to them, they didn't return any money back even after one week's follow-up.
Fifth, while using the kitchen units, we realized, they didn't put cutlery unit. The trays were in the drawer packed and after follow up, no response.
Sixth, GTPT unit was not put.
The main issue is with purifier. We want our money back spent on it.
