I booked a hotel through make my trip on **th Aug. Though the amount of rs **** was deducted from my account but showed my booking as failed.. since then I raised a ticket for refund through their app but there is no progress showing in refund and there is no consumer calling no to ask about the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
