I ordered led tv from mi.com on **/**/****, and the order get cancelled on **/**/****, the company said that after the order reaches their warehouse, they will issue the refund of rs *****, but till **/**/****, the courier still not reached their warehouse and they are not issuing the refund, there is no support from their side and as well as from courier company side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
