Mi.com - Refund Delayed

I had purchased Redmi k** pro on exchange offer from Mi.com but due to non acceptability of exchange product my order got automatically cancelled. Further, when i approached the Mi customer care, they informed that the refund will be processed once the product reach warehouse which would take approx. * working days.
The product was cancelled on *th oct., **** and today its **rd oct. ****. They adviced me to wait till **st oct. max to max but today after trying to contact them for more than * hour i got to know that my refund proceedure has not yet started.
Each time i am trying to reach them through there customer service, there IVR system ask me to wait for their escalation team to reach you. But i have tried * times and waited for * days, I haven't received any update or followups from their esteemed customer service team.
I am tried of reaching them, thats why i am writing to you.
Kindly help me with this regards.
