Phone pe - Refund not given

They have been doing postponing the issue from the ** December **** to till date( approxly ** days) they are saying to wait for * day, * days ,* days and when I am trying to reach them Senior Supervisor of Phone pe Mr.Dishanth had cut my call without my permission I had a recording of what he did this was not the first time they are simply cutting my call and writing there is Some Techinal error call was disconnected....
They keep on saying that issue will resolved in * days from ** Dec **** but the fact is the issue is not solving...
