Razorpay - Refund not given

As per the Indian Company Law, a company must provide a physical address for registration, and should showcase on business transactions and online presence as per Sections ** of the Indian Companies Act, **** lay it down clearly.
But the merchant https://genuinekeys.in/contact-us/ does not have any such addresses showcased on their website at the time of transaction, and the same was highlighted to Razorpay how come they approved the merchants account w/o such validations. Even today they have not shown any such contacts on their website.
They are selling the fake keys, which do not activate on window **. Razorpay confirmed that If I initiate a dispute you will make refunds.

Dispute is raised * times, but razorpay never processed the refund. Currently also the dispute is under investigation.
