On **.**.****, i ordered an item for ****.** which was paid through my UPI account. The amount was debited but the order was not successful.
As the order was not successful, i placed the order again which was successful on **.**.****. So I lodged a complaint on **.**.**** on their website with ticket no *****.l provided all details like transaction screenshot but there is no response from them despite repeated reminders.
