Make My Trip - Refund not given under visa protection plan

We take group tour swiss paris package from make my trip n we gave advance of Rs **k to hold our seats n also we are asking to add customize package of amstersam for * days before group tour joinind date. But to our surprise mmt agent booked our flight tickets to amsterdam without giving our any prior notice on basis of our advance which we have given to book our seats in group tour only.When we asked to reschdule our flight dates they told us price double than actual price of rescheduling which we confirmed from alitalia airlines. They wasted our whole Jan.**** month in this process.Our agent told us now we can only get ** k amount as refund if we cancel the package bcoz only in visa rejection whole advance amount is refundable. At last we have no other option but to go with same flight as mmt booked.On *th feb**** mmt agent tols us that we get call from visa team soon but again no calls came from their team at last one day before our visa appoint ment date i.e ** feb they mail us all mmt booking vouchers which we need to complete our visa file.Due to tgeir poor visa handling team our visa got rejected by netherland embassy on the basis that our booking was doubtful to them. Also before visa appointment on ** feb our agent sent us mail of final itinerary in which she has also mention that our package is under visa protection plan n we will get refund in case of visa rejection. But now after visa rejection mmt is not ready to refinex our advance amt of **k on basis that mmt bear cancellation charges of flight ticket.In actual we have confirmed from alitalia airlines that our flight ticket is fully refundale under visa refusal case. We hace already bear loss of visa fee of around **k for two persons now again mmt is cheating us n not giving our refund anount back when mmt getting full refund from airlines. Please help us in getting refund from this fraud comapany eho is making fool to many customers. There is no way to communicate to mmt . They dont reply to our mails and her agent is also not picking our calls now.
