RANGERS CLUB PVT LTD - Refund not given since 8 months

We purchased a Holiday membership for *,***** Rs from this company, we cancelled it but firstly they didn't accepted the cancellation. After * months they accepted the cancellation and informed that they have ** Days refund policy but even after ** days there is no refund given. After a lot of mails and requests they have given Rs. **,*** but still RS.**,*** are pending and they are continuously giving the timelines but no refund was provided.
They have also given a cheque of *,**,*** Rs. but the cheque was issued by their employee name on behalf of the company. It got bounced as well.
Kindly help.
