RANGERS CLUB PVT LTD - Fraud Very poor service

Please don't buy any membership from rangersclub . They are good for nothing, a big liar.

I bought membership from here on January **** and I am fed-up with this company big time.

When I bought i was told I don't have to pay maintenance amount if I don't utilise *-* days in a year and that is also written on the official paper.

It's been * years and I went on a few small trips, i always ask do I need to pay anything and they says no, but all of a sudden when I tried to book my Goa holiday this year, they asked for Rs. **** as AMC, and I paid. Now when I am booking for other holiday they are again asking me to pay Rs. **** as it was due for last year too . I mean WHY on what basis, they are saying it's pending for * year, There was no mail, no call nothing for the past two years and all of a sudden they are asking for the AMC amount. Also, hotel provided to me in Goa was pathetic and they have made in compulsory to buy breakfast at the hotel only by paying Rs. *** per person per day. The customer care team is very arrogant and do not reply to your mails or phone calls, unless you call them ** times a day. In my previous trips they said no for the property and always give in exchange, and I paid then every time like fools.

They are big cheat, please don't buy membership it's better to plan any trip with other portal and believe me it would be less expensive then rangersclub.
