Hi team, i am filing this compliant against TRAVOLOOK has they have failed to refund by booking amount since JUNE ****. Every time i call their support they tell it will be refunded in * to * working days but from jun **** this day has not come at all. I keeping mailing their support team also no reply from them. Has the booking was cancelled no refund is provided, i kindly request you to help me in this siutuation.
