We have cancelled our air ticket from Bali to mumbai for * persons. Booked tickets from Malindo airlines website and cancelled through email. Even after getting confirmation from malindo airlines on cancellation they are not giving refund. Email is attached as evidence. ***** INR is pending from them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
