Malindo Air - Not permitting name correction or the refund

We have a scheduled international flight in the month of June **rd, **** and the return on **th, June ****.

Departure - XZDOIB
Return - HAXFQM
We have booked a ticket as per our name in our other Govt ID's but later we noticed that passport has abbreviated our names and also we don't have a mismatch in terms of first, middle and last name or surname here it is just an abbreviated version of our legal names.
If you need to verify the authenticity of our identity please feel free to ask for our other Govt ID's where the Initials are used instead of abbreviated form of our name.
