I had * tickets from srinagar to leh but due to the sudden emergency and prevailing situation in srinagar we had to cancel the tickets as per the guidelines i initiated the process on *th of august and till today as of ** august i have not got the refund and from the past * days i have been trying to contact the customer care of make my trip and also shared my bank statements to ensure that no refund has been funded in my account
