Rentvolcano - Refund not given by RentVolcano

My tenant rented RO from RentVolcano and transferred it in my name before expiry of contract in my absence. They insisted I entered into another * year contract. I paid **** to them for * year contract. When I arrived in Pune and checked, the RO wasnt working, was not serviced, it was old. I wanted to return, they did not take it back. They did not serviced it. Finally towards the end of contract, I returned it, now they are refusing to refund the money Rs *,*** giving various excuses. They are asking for id, when their RO is already returned to them. This looks like their modus operendi with other clients also. Looks like fraud.
