Rentvolcano - Got used purifier on name of new one

received a call from rentvolcano for renewal, and very next day guy came installed the machine, when later i checked the machine all the filters are used one just the body is new, and when i caught them they said they will send the another machine, now since last * days they are not receiving my call intentionally and not refunding my money, also after * day machine is not working. they are very smart they will take the money and then they will not respond.
