Paytm Mall - Refund not given by paytm

My name is sanjukta ,mob:**********, On **th, a upi transaction was done by Paytm.total amount :****.I received this transaction ID :************ from them. But that amount has not yet been credited to my account.
I had called paytm and it is being said repeatedly from Paytm that the payment transaction is successful on their behalf.You can contact the bank, I also visit the bank , but there was no response from the bank.So I called in the customer care of the bank, then they said that you mail the transaction to the UPI.please find out my money and please credited in my account.I have been calling Paytm for ** continuously calls and I am complaining that my money has not yet been received but they have not yet taken any steps regarding my money.paytm is not ready to return my money. Every day they r say lying. your money refunded.We are seeing your case how quickly the credit goes in the account..but still i didnt get.
