had ordered a mobile display from your website Maxbhi.com. The product was delivered to my home on * -** - **** at ** AM. Upon checking the product, I found that its quality was not satisfactory and it was uncomfortable to use, which did not meet my expectations.
As soon as I installed the display, my mobile phone started heating up
I immediately contacted your customer service and requested to return the product and get a full refund of the amount I paid. However, your representative informed me that the product cannot be returned and that they can only provide a replacement display.
I would like to clearly state that since you have not provided a proper or good-quality product for the amount paid, I am not interested in accepting a replacement nor in continuing this transaction.
Therefore, I kindly request you to refund the full amount paid to me at the earliest. Please treat this complaint seriously and take prompt action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
