I ordered for scientific calculator and paid the amount on *oct.
After then I cancelled my order within ** minutes.
Just after flipkart notify me(through email) that " your refund has been initiated and up to *oct you will get your refund.
I was surprise, when in *oct they again mail me that refund process has completed although I have not get any refund till now.
When I take customers care service of flipkart they said refund process has completed and you should contact your bank customers service.
When I contact SBI, they told me they have nothing to do with this kind of problem and suggest me to contact flipkart.
I again made number of call but same response .It was like I trapped in cycle from flipkart to SBI and SBI to flipkart.
My complaint is who is responsible to pay me back and why they annoying me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
