Spicejet - Refund not done

I had booked a ticket form spicejet on * june **** which was cancelled. Spicejet offered to either refund my money or reschedule on a different date which wouldn't have worked out for my schedule. So I opted for refund. It's been ** days of them saying that they have already processed the amount and should reflect in your bank account. The initial timeframe they gave was * days. They keep extending by another week every time I call them about it. I am a student and it's a lot of money for me.
