My number in Bharatpe merchant is **********,
On **th june **** I received the swipe machine, i got shocked because I hadn't ordered it. when i check the statement they had deducted Rs **** on *th june ****. I told several times that I haven't ordered but they blamed me only. it might be their technical mistake but they are not ready to accept their error. in twitter they assured a refund to return the product. their sales guy (mob : **********, Naveen) had assured that he will take the responsibility of full refund. their twitter agent had assured that only an early return charge will be deducted. I have returned the same sealed product but now they are saying I am not eligible for refund. they have broken the promise which they made before returning the product. On top of that, they have deducted *** rs twice on **th and **th june as Swipe machine monthly rent. again on *nd july charged ***rs as SIM Charge. total deduction was Rs****. please find the attachment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
