Hello sir,
This is Syed Ismail, I am writing this mail regarding the issue I am facing since * March, My personal account has been charged on *th March **,*** even after they took my money from my Bharath pay account on *th March I have been reaching out the support team from past ** days and I have raised ** tickets and made ** calls but till now I didn't get any resolution from your team and they promised me to wait till **th March to get my refund and again I reached them again they said me to wait till **th April from that day till now I am daily contacting the support through calls and chats but no resolution till now I have all documents and proofs that I have been charged I have sent all the documents to the support team but I am not getting any resolution from them I am been getting fooled by them daily that is the reason I am writing this mail this is the last option I have I request you to please help me in getting my money back and I want my refund I am from a small business background and a lower middle class family please understand my situation and give the resolution
