I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Rome scheduled for **/**/****. I have requested for refund because of medical reasons. I have uploaded the doctor's medical note with prescription which includes * week home quarantine. Therefore, I have cancelled the ticket and asked for refund as I have bought the insurance for the ticket. But the refund tem for Travelgenio is not satisfied with the format of the information which is presented in the doctor's note. That's why they refused to pay me the refund. Please help.
