I have ordered boat airdopes *** pro royal blue in August as my b'day gift. The product was defective so customer care asked me to replace it. I did * times replacement from service center and twice online. Total * replacement done but their products has some or the other issues..(mic, music , voice sensor etc). they have accepted for refund process earlier many times but now they r not responding and doing time pass not even mailing me. I have all the call records and mail related to that. I request so many times to update me properly but everytime they give false commitment. It's been * months now, m really irritate and annoyed. Kindly help me for refund
