Drivezy - Refund not done after they cancelled the booking

I had made a booking for drivezy self drive vehicle from their android app and made the payment on **-september-**** and when I went to collect the vehicle at their pickup location they said vehicle is not available and they cancelled the booking and said the amount would be refunded in * days but it has still not be refunded and I am not getting response from their end from any of the communication channel.
