KESHAVAIAH filed complaint against One assist on Mar 21, 2021
I had taken a one assist Insuranrace plans for my two new mobiles . By mistake I had give low value mobile details for high value plan . So I contacted customer care they told that they change but they can cancel and refund . I’m waiting from feb** **** still my refund is not done . And more fuel to this they closed query stating the refund is done .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
