Booking ID - NH*************
I had booked for an hotel in MakeMyTrip app on **th April. I had cancelled the same on *th May. As per the app the refund has been processed and credited to my HDFC credit card account, buy I have not got my amount credited till date.. I had called the customer care several times but still no solution yet. Customer care executive says the amount has been credited but in a different account which is not of mine.
Pl do look into this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
